818 Freight Solutions utilizes a secure password management platform, LastPass, to access client accounts solely for the purpose of providing compliance and/or financial services. This system allows us to log in to your business accounts without revealing or storing your actual passwords. As a result, your credentials remain confidential and fully under your control.

In the event that you choose to discontinue services with 818 Freight Solutions, you may revoke our access through LastPass at any time without the need to reset your account passwords.

By creating a LastPass account and granting access to 818 Freight Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are voluntarily providing access to the necessary accounts for the performance of contracted services.

• You retain full ownership and control over your account credentials at all times.

• 818 Freight Solutions will use this access solely for service-related tasks and will not alter, misuse, or disclose any information accessed.

• You agree to hold harmless and indemnify 818 Freight Solutions, its members, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from the use of LastPass for account access, provided such use is within the agreed scope of services.

This provision is in place to protect both parties and ensure a secure, transparent working relationship.
